Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, including customer service, resource allocation, budgeting, performance tracking, marketing efforts, and financial planning.
● Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and achieve desirable productivity and profitability.
● Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental standards, with experience in ensuring compliance in a manufacturing setting.
● Provide online merchandising to cater sales trend, purchase behavior and promotion needs.
● Experience in building up and the operation process of e-store.
● Manage smooth logistic workflow.
● Establish and simplify operating procedures and guideline.
● Assist with operational excellence strategies.
● Analyzing sales and traffic data to provide insights and recommendations.
● Lead and in-charge of different projects according to business plans and strategies.
工作要求
Requirements:
● Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Hotel & Catering, Business Management or related disciplines.
● 5 years+ experience in F&B or detailed knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.
● Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental standards, with experience in ensuring compliance in a manufacturing setting.
● Strong in leadership, problem-solving and communication.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
● Have strong common data analysis to discover business pain points from data and propose coping strategies.
● Establish and simplify operating procedures and guidelines.
● Proficiency with excel and word processing.
